The Art Gallery of Greater Victoria (AGGV) is seeking architectural services for the New Art Gallery of Greater Victoria located within the Capital Iron lands in the Industry, Arts & Innovation District in downtown Victoria, BC. Stage One is a qualifications-based evaluation intended to shortlist up to eight (8) Proponents to participate in Stage Two. Stage One will evaluate the Proponent's organizational experience, proposed project team, design philosophy, project approach, and experience delivering projects of comparable scope, scale, and complexity. Stage Two will only be issued to the shortlisted Proponents of Stage One and used to select the successful Proponent to provide architectural services for the concept design phase of the Project.
